Check Whether Data Is Arriving
Use this page after you configure a live source. It helps you confirm that packets are reaching Meteobreeze and being recorded correctly.
What to check
Open Settings > Data sources and look for:
- Source status
- Last packet time
- Last rollup time
- Recent packets
- Any error message
What you should expect
- The source should show as active when packets are flowing.
Last packetshould update shortly after a successful request.Recent packetsshould show the latest live observations.Last rollupmay lag slightly because Meteobreeze groups live data into 5-minute historical windows.
Common issues
- If the source is disabled, re-enable it before testing again.
- If the status is
error, read the error message and check the source setup. - If packets arrive but the dashboard looks unchanged, wait for the next 5-minute rollup.
- If there are no recent packets, test the source URL directly and check the device or script that sends it.
FAQ
- How fast should packets appear? Usually within moments of a successful request.
- Why is the rollup time different from the packet time? Because live packets are aggregated into historical rows.
